1. After the motor pump outlet, an Expansion Sleeve (ES) must always be used.
If the ES is not installed, the vibration from the motor pump will be directly transmitted to the suspended pipe system, which may cause damage at the pipe connection points. In addition, the absence of an ES increases vibration within the motor and pump system, potentially harming both the motor pump and the piping system.
2. When installing clamped pipes, make sure to eliminate clamp gaps in the system by holding the end of every third pipe during installation.
3. Before inserting the rubber gaskets used in pipe connections, ensure that the gasket grooves are free of sand and soil. Once the gasket is properly seated in its groove, the pipe connection can be completed.
4. When starting the system, begin operation at a low flow rate to fill the main and lateral pipes with water. Keep the end plugs open for a short time to flush out any unwanted foreign particles from the pipes.
5. To prevent foreign materials from entering the system and clogging the sprinkler nozzles, a strainer should be fitted at the suction end of the pump.
6. After the last outlet of the system, it is recommended to attach an additional pipe to collect any residual foreign materials.
7. At the end of the irrigation season, dismantle the system, disconnect the valves and sprinklers from the risers, clean and maintain all parts properly, and store them safely for future use.
